Splash screen, which is showed while the safety of the URL is being checked
This dialog will show if the clicked URL leads to a detected phishing site.

MessengerDiscovery offers protection for your computer that Microsoft doesn't bother to include. Never worry about links that intend to fool you into entering personal information (such as your Messenger password) because MessengerDiscovery 2 offers phishing protections built in.

[edit] How it works

When phishing protection is activated, a splash screen will show for a second every time you click a website link inside messenger, to check if the site can be trusted. If the URL fails the security check, a dialog box will show and you can choose whether you would like to view more information about the phishing report, close the alert or visit the site anyway (not recommended).

The phishing protection is powered by PhishTank.
