!imitate

Imitate is a command in MessengerDiscovery, which allows you to send a message to your contact that copies their font information and nickname. It makes it look as if they sent the message you sent.
For automatically imitating contacts without having to use !imitate see !autoion.

Syntax

!imitate <text>
text: the text you want to imitate your contact with.

Example

!imitate I love you!

The conversion may look something like this:

Conversation window contact A: Conversation window contact B:
Hey Contact A says:
Hey
Contact B says:
Hello
Hello
How are you? Contact A says:
How are you?
Contact B says:
I'm fine. How are you?
I'm fine. How are you?
I'm fine too Contact A says:
I'm fine too
!imitate I love you!
Contact B says:
I love you!
I love you!
Ah thank you, I love you too Contact A says:

Contact B says:
huh, I didn't say that!

Note

Your contact will not see "!imitate ..."

Imitate in a group conversation

In a group conversation you use !imitate the same way, except MessengerDiscovery will ask you which contact you would like to imitate. You select the contacts email address and press "Ok" and the imitation will be sent.
